  Clear links have been really helpful the office staff were so friendly, and fitted a delivery date around me. The delivery was on time and the engineer brought everything in and set it all up explained to me what everything was as well as going through all the equipment and how it worked. There was a few things I struggled with and the engineer was really fine with this and went back through it with me.

  The service manager has been amazing with lots of patience even during the most busy of times. The service manager is a true asset to Clearlinks and demonstrates delicate customer relation skills at all times. I started contact with Clearlinks back in beginning of 2014 and it has been a long journey since to order and provide all necessary equipment. The service manager has been kind and considerate the whole time even when I turn up at inopportune to collect hardware. The service managers knowledge in computers and ability to filter through numerous data specifications and price points means they have a great combination of technical knowledge, ability and customer service. Like the rest of the staff I have encountered at Clearlinks, this supplier is certainly one that will do your job properly.

  The company has been very supportive towards me. They had been able to get into contact with me effectively, and selected a delivery date suitable for me, and also in a short time of space (therefore not causing me to be left waiting). The delivery was carried out on time, with all items being delivered. The engineer was very friendly and polite, therefore allowing me to communicate with them easily. However they were slightly rushed in the set up and familiarisation session, and did not show the equipment working or how they worked. Seeing the good reviews of the company, this may have been a one off due to the snowy weather, affecting the individuals travelling. It would have been extremely helpful though if they explained the technology which I had been given, showing it working and how it worked, and also giving me an opportunity to read the documents I signed. In regardless of this, the company is fantastic and I would recommend this service, as the providers are effective, efficient and friendly, considering the needs of the service users.
