Why leave feedback?
Your feedback is important to DSA-QAG accredited assessment centres and suppliers to ensure that they can maintain a high standard of service to students. Your feedback is helpful to other students when selecting an assessment centre. Your experience with the supplier authorised by your funding body is also important, please let us know how you rate the service you received when arranging your equipment delivery and/or training.
To provide feedback for the assessment centre you visited, please find an assessment centre and input their postcode.
To provide feedback for the supplier, please find a supplier and input the name of the supplier who delivered your equipment.

How to leave feedback
Once you have selected the assessment centre or supplier that you would like to provide feedback for, select the 'reviews' tab to leave your comments.
You should also give the assessment centre or supplier a rating out of 5 with 1 being low and 5 being high. You will see this will give the assessment centre or supplier a star rating which will help students when deciding which assessment centre to visit for their assessment or supplier when arranging their equipment delivery/and or training.
It will only take you a few minutes and will assist other Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) students greatly.
