We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our London team as a Team Leader for our Quality Assurance Team. This is a new role being introduced by DSA-QAG as we expand our remit.

The Team Leader - Quality Assurance Executive Officer will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Quality Assurance Team.

The successful candidate be responsible for planning, scheduling and ensuring the QA audit cycle is carried out in accordance with DSA-QAGs service level agreement. As part of your role, you will carry out peer reviews and quality reviews of need assessment reports. You will also interact with our Head Office in Glasgow.

This is an office based role in central London. Some travel will also be required to attend the DSA-QAG Central Administration Unit, Glasgow for this role.

Candidates must have relevant background, related qualifications and working experience for this post within the DSA sector, working as an Assessment Centre Manager, Assistant Assessment Centre Manager or a Senior Assessor.
