I would like to express my thankfulness and gratitude from the staff who helped me arrange my assessment and guided me through the process from the evidence to the initial assessment, I would like to say a very big thank you to the assessor and their colleagues for the time they took to go through my assessment and explained everything to me they were really reassuring as i was anxious and they were friendly , kind and most of all very understanding to my various complex needs they explained the process to me in a way that i was able to absorb and understand and process it. I felt nervous as i never knew what to expect as this was a new place i never been to or the whole system was new to me but they made me feel very reassured that they were there to help me with my specific learning disability's and what would benefit to help me with my studies. The process lasted for a few hours but you are able to take a break when you need to and have a drink in between, if needed. If you are struggling with a learning disability and need help, do not hesitate to use this company to help you with your future studies and help to get the best which will help and assist you to succeed.

I attended this assessment with my daughter and to be honest had no idea what to expect, only that it would take up to 2 hours. We met with the assessor and I have to say any initial nerves were left at the door. The process was explained in a way that was easy for my daughter to understand and she was in no way made to feel she had to 'evidence' her disability at each stage, it was more like an informal chat but cleverly done so that the assessor could get the information she needed. The assessor was a mine of information and totally understood the needs of my daughter and was able to come up with suitable aides and tools to support her in her studies. As a parent, I can thoroughly recommend this assessment body, they have a real duty of care to the individual. If you are offered an assessment, please, please take up the appointment; if you don't you could be missing out on some vital support tools to help your future studies. A BIG thank you for your support and understanding.

Today I was very politely welcomed into the assessment centre by my assessor. They made me feel very comfortable and they also welcomed my chaperone into an office where they described in great detail the type of help I can possibly receive whilst I study at university and at home. I left feeling very satisfied that someone was willing to help me as much as possible so I in turn can help others thank you so much.

I found the experience to be overall very useful, the information provided prior to attending the appointment was easy and simple to follow. Whilst doing the assessment I was put at ease; the assessor had a kind and caring nature. I felt that the pace of the assessment was good and that the assessor listened to what I had to say, and took time to explain the equipment to me, without over loading me with information. I would highly recommend this assessment centre.
