An assessment centre is a facility formed to conduct independent needs assessments for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. The assessment centre is staffed with assessors trained to conduct needs assessments and is resourced with a range of assistive technologies for demonstration, evaluation and assessment purposes.
To find a centre near you, please use the dropdown boxes below to select the ‘Region or Town’ most suitable for you to have your assessment conducted within, by doing this a list of assessment centres will be displayed for you to select from. If you then click on a centre name, you will de taken to a detailed map showing the exact location of the centre along with address details being shown in a speech bubble type box.
Please note, some assessment centres operate outreach centres which may provide facilities closer to you that can be used to conduct your assessment.
