I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received. It was efficient, professional and very accommodating to my needs. My assessor was understanding and polite and put me at ease throughout the assessment. Excellent service.
  • Kristin Dilworth (Ref: 826)

I found the assessor very polite, helpful and professional, who demonstrated study aids which I had been unaware of and also aids that would enable my physical disabilities to interfere less with my studies. I am very glad I attended for the assessment.
  • Natalie Clark (Ref: 1304)

The study needs assessment was extremely worthwhile and helpful. My assessor was very professional, easy to talk to and really understood how my disability was affecting my studies. Support aids were recommended, some of which I didn't know existed and aids that will help prevent my disability causing me extra stress and worry. The feeling that I would be lagging behind the other students has reduced significantly and replaced with a much more positive outlook and a whole new perspective on my studies.

The service which I have received from your organisation has been excellent.  My assessor has been excellent, has been helpful and very supportive.  They have advised me on equipment which will help my person needs with my disability, physical and educational disabilities.  My assessor has been very supportive with advice on different types of equipment which will help me to complete this very difficult and demanding course. I would recommend your organisation to any disable student.

I had a very good experience here. The session was relaxed and the assessor made me feel comfortable. We took our time, discussed all the issues I had been having and I was talked through all of the different options available to me in terms of support and equipment. I do not have a severe disability, but it was still taken seriously and I left feeling very positive about overcoming the problems that had been hindering my ability to work effectively. Thanks a lot!

My assessor was very lovely and helped me find the right needs that would ease my transition into university. They were very comforting and made me feel relaxed. It was really easy to talk to them about my disability as she understood exactly how it would affect my studies and recommended all the help I need to make me feel like I was not behind any students. I feel much more confident to go to university now that they have helped me and would recommend this centre to any disabled student looking for where to have their needs assessment.

I had a great experience at this center - my assessor was extremely helpful and understanding about my dyslexia. I feel much more confident and excited about my future studies now that there's software to help support me.
