My assessor was very nice and helpful, and arranged for me to have all the right equipment that I needed and followed up later on with other requests that I had later on in my course. My assessor was very attentive replying to my emails.

It's great to referred students to CLASS, they offered me a brilliant service since the first time I have attended the initial assessment session, after that they keep checking my application till I got the full support from the DSA. Then they helped me when I need to contact the company which provide me with the equipment. I am really grateful to CLASS for all their help.

Very impressed with CLASS, my assessor was lovely and very supportive and kind.  Their knowledge was excellent too, and when I had a question about something I didn't know they would find out the information very quickly. Great service.

I was very impressed with the assessment from beginning to end. The assessor fully explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The assessor took the time to listen to what I had to say and demonstrated any software that they  felt would be beneficial. My report was sent out and received promptly and written in a dyslexia friendly way. This is by far the best service I have received throughout this process . Thank you
